In the North of the world, hidden behind the mountain range of Ered Engrin lies the Fortess of Morgoth, Angband. Currently it's under a centuries long siege held by the Noldor, but who knows what devious tricks Morgoth is planning within?

Hithlum
The land held by Fingolfin and his son Fingon. The main fortress of Fingolfin lies in the east of Ered Wethrin, where they keep watch over Morgoth's lands, in case the siege should ever break.

Dorthonion and the Pass of Sirion
Dorthonion is guarded by Angrod and Aegnor. The land here is rugged, and the people few, but from here Angrod and his brother keep watch over Morgoth. This is where the people of the House of Bëor dwell. Between Dorthonion and the Shadowy mountains lies the Pass of Sirion and the fortress Minas Tirith, which is guarded over by Orodreth.

The Hidden City, located in the Vale of Tumladen and surrounded by the Encircling Mountains. Founded by Turgon, this city was modeled after the Noldor's Original home in Valinor, Tirion.
